  6. Place in the fridge for at least three hours or all night.

2. Brownies with Gelato with Salted Caramel

Ingredients:

  • One and a quarter cups of all-purpose flour
  • One glass of room-temperature unsalted butter
  • Two sugar glasses
  • Four enormous eggs
  • Half a jar of cocoa powder without sugar
  • One tsp salt
  • Regarding the gelato:
  • Two cups of very creamy
  • One full carton of milk
  • Half a glass of powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • half a teaspoon of butter without salt

Guidelines:

  1. Set the stove to 180°C, or 350°F.
  2. Heat a square pan that is 8 inches in size.
  3. Heat the sugar and butter together in a pot.
  4. Add the flour, salt, and cocoa powder after adding the eggs one at a time.
  5. Transfer to the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out slightly moist.
  7. Allow to cool fully.
  8. In a saucepan, mix the cream, sugar, salt, and drain for gelato.
  9. Bring to a boil, then turn down the heat and simmer for five minutes.
  10. Take it out of the heat and mix with butter.

1. Brûlée cream

The classy French dessert! Excellent creamy custard with smooth texture, with crispy caramelized sugar. 

 You might be thinking that making this dessert will require a lot of complex cooking techniques, but you will be surprised when you find out it is quite an easy task.

Ingredients:

  • 3 large yolks of eggs
  • Half a jar of sugar, granulated
  • Half a carton of very thick cream
  • Half a teaspoon of pure vanilla essence
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • One-fourth glass of powdered sugar (for caramelizing)

Guidelines:

  1. Set stove temperature to 150°C/300°F.
  2. Whisk the egg yolks, sugar, and salt in a medium-sized pan.
  3. Blend in vanilla essence and cream.
  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
  5. Transfer into four to six ramekins or small serving bowls.
  6. Transfer to a large baking dish and pour in enough boiling water to reach halfway up the sides.
  7. Bake until firm, 25 to 30 minutes.
  8. After taking a shower, remove and allow to cool to room temperature.
  9. Refrigerate it, cover it for at least two hours or overnight.
